| Killunaig farmhouse
overlooks Killunaig reef where there is a resident population of seals.
It is a traditional stone house built around 150 years ago and forms the
front part of a farm square.
Situated two miles out of Pennyghael
village, it was completely renovated about ten years ago and now
comprises a double room, a twin room and a single room. (A z-bed and a
cot are available on request) All bed linen and duvets are provided.
Cooking is electric and the kitchen also has
a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There are
storage heaters throughout.
The living room has an open fire, for which
firewood is provided, a T.V. and video for video playback only (If you
can't live without live T.V. look at our Torrans page). There is an F.M.
radio/CD/cassette player and a payphone.
There is a walled garden area to the front
and a gravelled farm square to the rear and so it is suitable for
children and for dogs.
